Payment Policy
SpaAngels request a $75 deposit at the time of booking to reserve your party date. Spa Angels accept payment in the form of cash or cheque, made payable to ‘The Spa Angels’. The balance is payable on the day of the party.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
If you are forced to reschedule your party due to unforeseen circumstances, SpaAngels will offer you an alternate date. If however you must cancel your party altogether, your deposit is non-refundable, except in instances where you are providing more than 3 weeks notice of cancellation.
Cancellation of a Service
All services must be confirmed a week before the party date, please advise you guests we charge 50% of a service, cancelled less than 24 hours before the party date.
Weather and Illness Policy
In cases of severe weather conditions or Illness, the SpaAngels reserve the right to reschedule your party to a date that is convenient for all parties. If this is not possible SpaAngels will refund your deposit.
Travel Policy
Should the party be located over 32kms from the SpaAngels headquarters, you will be charged a travel fee.
Parking
Please allow a space in your driveway or in front of your home, as we have heavy items to unload.
Health & Safety Policy
SpaAngels adhere to the most stringent hygiene standards and practices
In accordance with government regulations -
• Stainless Steel implements are sterilized in hospital grade soloution.
• Gloves are worn for pedicures.
• We use disposable liners in our pedicure foot soakers.
We reserve the right to decline services for any client who may have warts, foot or nail fungus or any other communicable disease.
Liability Policy
The SpaAngels owners, and employees performing the spa services, assume no responsibility and are not personally responsible for any of the following:
- Allergies relating to polishes, skin care products, clothing, or make-up
- Injuries to party guests
- Property damage
- Accidents
